1. Refund Policy
Orders may be refunded if the Neopoints/items/Neopets/service that was paid for has not yet been delivered to the customer's account. Once the Neopoints/items/Neopets/service has been delivered to the customer, the order may not be refunded.

2. Fraudulent Activity
You, the customer, agree to cooperate fully with the Meridell.net in any investigation regarding fraudulent or improper activity in connection with the use of this site, including, but not limited to, fraudulent chargebacks and false claims regarding non-receipt of products.

3. Limitation of Liability
TO THE FULL EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, MERIDELL.NET WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES OF ANY KIND ARISING FROM THE USE OF THIS SITE, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, PUNITIVE, AND CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES.

Indemnification You agree to indemnify and hold the Company and its officers, directors, agents, and employees, harmless from any claims, demands, losses or costs, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, due to or arising out of your use of this site, your breach of these Terms and Conditions, or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.

In the event of any dispute relating in any way to these Terms and Conditions or your use of this site, you consent to the personal jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Malaysia. The prevailing party in any legal proceeding relating to these Terms and Conditions or your use of this site shall be entitled to recovery of reasonable attorney’s fees, expert fees, litigation expenses and court costs in addition to any other relief granted by the court.
