Here are some tips to get your frozen Neopets account back. This guide does not guarantee that you will get unfrozen, but will increase your chances.

Decide if you have broken the rules

If you did indeed break the rules, then it is unlikely that TNT will return your account. Instead, you should contact Viacom, the parent company of Neopets, to get your frozen Neopets account back. Follow this link and submit a contact form to Viacom. Make sure you sound as innocent as possible :)

If you did not break the rules, carry on with the following steps.

Fill out the forms

To get your frozen Neopets account unfrozen, fill out the following forms. Make sure you sound as polite as possible and include as many details as you can.

Neomail TNT

Contact Neopets via Neomail to increase your chances of getting your frozen Neopets account back. Here is a draft Neomail, but feel free to edit it as you see fit.

Dear Neopets Team, I have found my Neopets, account,(your account name), was frozen. I checked the Neopets terms of service to be sure that I did not break any rules. After reading it, I confirmed that I did not violate anything. I would be greatful to have my account restored. Thank you for taking the time to read through my situation.

Send the Neomail to all of the following users. They are usernames of some of the TNT staff:

Like you did in the previous steps, contact TNT to try to get your frozen Neopets account back. You can use a similar format as in the Neomail. # Here are the addresses. Contact ALL of them.
