What is Merigold?

Merigold is the currency used on our site to redeem Neopoints, items, Neopets, accounts, avatars, and trophies. You can purchase Merigold here.


I paid for Merigold, but didn't receive it

This happens sometimes when customers order large amounts of Merigold. If you face a similar problem, please submit a contact form and our administrator will fix it ASAP.


Where do I indicate my username?

Upon checkout, you will be prompted to enter the Neopets username to which you want the order delivered to.


When I click a category in the items section a white page loads and I can't add any items to my cart!

Make sure the items page has fully loaded before clicking a category and this should fix your problem! If you are still having issues feel free to submit a contact form and we will be happy to help you out.


How do I buy neopoints?

We currently offer neopoints via the following methods: junk trade method, shop method, and the preloaded account method. To use the junk trade method, you will need to put junk items up on the trading post totaling the amount of your purchase. We can only offer up to 800,000 neopoints per trade, therefore a purchase of 1 million neopoints will require 2 trades, 2 million neopoints will require 3 trades, etc. To use the shop method, you will need to put junk items in your shop priced at 99,999 neopoints totaling the amount of your purchase. A 1 million neopoints purchase will require 10 items in your shop for 99,999 neopoints and one item for 10 neopoints. If a purchase is eligible for the preloaded account option it will be notified beside it. If you purchase via this method we will email you account information to your payment email that contains the amount of neopoints purchased.


How do I receive items?

1. Make payment for the desired item(s) and indicate your Neopets username on the checkout screen.

2. The item(s) will be gifted to your Neopets account. For orders of 5 items or greater, it might be a good idea to set up a junk trade in the Trading Post. (A maximum of 10 items can be offered on each lot).

3. We will offer the item(s) ordered on the lot(s) you have set up if necessary or we will neofriend the items to you.

4. You are required to accept the items to finalize the transaction. Please check your account at least every 12 hours for incoming item transfers.

5. Item delivery can take up to 24 hours depending on what items are ordered, how busy we are, and the time of day that you order. Please do not submit multiple contact forms requesting your order status, as it will only slow down the delivery process.


How do I receive neopets?

1. Make payment for the desired Neopet. We do not always have a large stock of pets available so if you are interested in a pet feel free to request it via the contact form.

2. The Neopet ordered will be transferred to the username you have provided during checkout.

3. You are required to accept the transfer to finalize the transaction.

4. Keep in mind that most painted and limited edition Neopets can only be adopted by accounts that are 4 months or older.


How do I receive accounts?

1. Make payment for the desired account(s). Please let us know if you have any name requests (masculine name, feminine name, no numbers, etc.). We will do our best to honor these requests however there are no guarantees.

2. The login information for the account(s) you order will be emailed to your payment email address.


How do I receive avatars/trophies?

1. Make payment for the desired avatar(s).

2. Fill out the contact form with your Neopets account login information, as well as the avatars/trophies ordered and your payment email address.

3. Your order will then be forwarded to a gamer who will obtain the avatar(s)/trophy(s) on your account.

4. Be sure to put a PIN on everything in your account before giving us access to your account. This will ensure that your account is safe.
